Through partnership with the Campus Student Union, Grenfell Campus offers an on-site community garden for students, staff, and faculty. The aim of the garden and its committee is to raise awareness about sustainable living by providing plot holders an opportunity to grow fresh vegetables. The main goals of the garden project are:

  • to provide a place to learn and practice eco-friendly and organic methods of gardening
  • to provide a beautiful and natural setting for students to learn
  • to educate the community on environmental issues and sustainable practices
  • to work towards donating fresh produce to the Campus Student Food Bank
