Hey folks!

My name is Vicky Quao, and I am your GCSU vice-president external for the 2022-23 academic year. I am a second-year international student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am very excited and grateful for this opportunity to work with and for Grenfell Campus undergraduate students.

As vice-president external, my responsibilities include co-ordinating and managing campaigns approved by the union at local, provincial and national levels, to facilitate communications among the council, members of the union, external bodies and agencies about any policy changes/issues. As well, I am tasked with the promotion of ongoing relationships with international, provincial, civic and community groups. Most importantly, I advocate for students’ rights and make sure all voices are heard.

As you embark on your journey at Grenfell Campus, I encourage you to seize every opportunity and try something new because it can only make you better. It may seem overwhelming at first, but as long as you are willing to try something new, something good and something blue will come of it. I am here to support you and make sure that you have great experiences here at Grenfell!
